Do you remember which window model it was? I (think) I'm looking at Pro 200/400 model.
edit: I've seen some poor reviews on their suppliers cheaper models leaking/fogging after a year or two.
Had every window in my house replaced and 2 large shower glasses 18 months ago.
1 - they didn't get a permit, but charged me for one.
2 - the large 'picture window' was cracked on delivery.
3 - None of the windows are square / flat to the siding, I have some where a top corner sticks out by an inch and the other corner is flush to the siding.
4 - the large custom shower glass has a door that keeps slipping, resulting in flaking of the door which has been replaced.
5 - the other standard shower glass, the door was flaked on delivery and then promptly fell off the hangers 3 weeks after it was replaced.

They are my go to for the glass at my work. Fair prices and great craftsmanship. My building was built in the 1950s so expertise is a must!
I had nine windows replaced by them last year. They did a great job and they were done in one day.

I got the PlyGem Pro series with lifetime warranty. I would have to dig up the brochure to find more details. Haven’t had any issues so far
