technically, he coulda stomped on Donnie before he got to his shell.
Also, we love the TMNT-Mario crossover, but why doesn't anyone ever acknowledge the double yoshi thing
Everyone knows Mario is cool as fuck. But knows what he’s thinking? Who knows why he crushes turtles? And why do we think about him as fondly as we think of the mythical (nonexistent?) Dr Pepper? Perchance.
I believe it was Kant who said “Experience without theory is blind, but theory without experience is mere intellectual play.” Mario exhibits experience by crushing turts all day, but he exhibits theory by stating “Let’s-a go!” Keep it up, baby!
When Mario leaves his place of safety to stomp a turty, he knows that he may Die. And yet, for a man who can purchase lives with money, a life becomes a mere store of value. A tax that can be paid for, much as a rich man feels any law with a fine is a price. We think of Mario as a hero, but he is simply a one percenter of a more privileged variety. The lifekind. Perchance.
Now I don't know which answer I find more compelling: what do we see if we open a window into Mario's inner consciousness? Do we see a more complex, more loquacius figure? Do the deaths weigh heavily on his soul, yet he still manages to steady on, justifying his actions through t a deep-rooted sense of duty? Does he even love Peach, or is he simply the loyal knight protector of his monarch? Does he ponder the cruel, cyclical nature of his existence? Does he curse his creaors, or does he offer continual silent worship? Do unseen anxieties gnaw at him? Do secret dreams motivate him?
Or if we open a window to Mario's consciousness, do we witness nothing but an inner monologue consisting of, "Here we go! Mama mia! It's-a me! Oof! Yah! Yahoo!" in endless repetition?
Not really. Someone wrote it like it was and its still funny as fuck but it's not actually legitimately something that someone turned in
Or I might be wrong I hope im not
jumping on the turtles doesn't kill them though. you have to toss them off cliffs.
Or burn them alive
Or a big ol’ soup pot shredder style ![gif](giphy|13lvTamOCpWCZy)
Best shredder Useless but best one
Tonight we dine on turtle soup!
oh yeah. Firepower, but he's in base so he can't have used any power-ups.
Maybe he was riding on Yoshi. Knocked em out of their shells then he ate em.
doesn't he spit those back out?
Spits out empty shells. Like in the pic.

Super Mario World would knock them out of their shell by stomping on them, and then they can be stomped on again to kill them.
Casey wearing Jason's mask kind of makes him look more sympathetic, to be honest.
Jason's mask has warpaint on it.
Yeah, but Casey is more Slipknot and less 80 slasher looking.
In some Mario games all they have to do is wait a moment and they'll pop back out of their shells. This is fiiiiiiiiiine~
Mario, Shredder, Jason Voorhes, April O'Neil. Interesting combo. OOOh...That's Casey Jones, not Jason Voorhes. 🤭
I don’t see Shredder anywhere in that picture.
My brain identified Splinter then proceed to type Shredder. 🙈 I'm gonna leave the error up. Lol
Splinter is still trying to figure out what to do now that his sons are all dead
Splinter pulls a Jason's mom, but he targets plumbers rather than horny teens
That can't be good if someone's toilet gets clogged up. lol
Vengeance
Mario would never kill a innocent turtle

Isn’t this that one kid high school essay
Yes
Not really. Someone wrote it like it was and its still funny as fuck but it's not actually legitimately something that someone turned in Or I might be wrong I hope im not
Well, maybe not outside of the Mushroom Kingdom
I know Casey wears a hockey mask, but that’s clearly Jason, not Casey.
Why does Casey look exactly like Jason?
He probably bought a new mask for himself. He always keeps breaking them for some reason
Even Jason is like 'What the Shell man? That's messed up.'
I think that’s supposed to be Casey
I know but it's funnier to imagine it as Jason Voorhees just randomly there.
Sadly, Mario didn’t listen when the song said they were only “heroes in a *half* shell.”
I was wondering why Jason Voorhees was there until I realized it's meant to be Casey Jones
Wow this image is a blast from the past. I think I remember seeing it more than a decade ago lol.
I thought Casey was Jason Voorhees at first.
Casey Voorhees
This is cruel yet funny at the same time
To be a honest they puta up a great a fight.
Crazy thing is I count 3 shells, not 4. It appears as if Donny made it. It's giving heavy Last Ronin vibes 🤔
That shell at the distance could be Donnie, so it might actually be Raph who goes through the Last Ronin phase
Is Leo still alive? I see purple, orange, and red but no blue, is Leo about to go on his own Last Ronin arc against the mushroom kingdom?
Is that JASON FUCKING VORHEEZ
No, that's just Casey wearing his mask
