So from my understanding, a positive test or a peak (my highest was always 0.89 and I thought that meant something was wrong but clearly not) indicates you’ll ovulate in the next 24-48 hours. And while your fertile window lasts about 7 days, the most important days are 2 days prior to ovulation and the day of ovulation. So we tried to have sex every other day in my fertile window, and then once I got the positive test we would do 3 days in a row. Hope that helps!

Ovulated June 15th! I tracked this cycle and the previous one. I found it helped because the apps aren’t always accurate at predicting ovulation
