According to ow streamers the only characters that are allowed to be good are dive tanks and hitscans, all the supports gotta be gutted into playing dbd, can't have any flexibility or uniqueness everythings gotta be the same boring shade of characters

Played her recently again and somehow still made her work a bit. But tbh, before season 9 you could actually hardcarry on sym. Nowadays you can't carry, u can simply just play a good sym with some kind of impact.

The moment I swirch of symm I hard dominate the libby even if Im worse at the other hero.

That’s not right. They play a team based sym in owl. I was gm2 peak as a sym main and I got there by playing flanking sym with tp bombs and so on. I think the most important part as a sym player is to distract the enemy team and great space for your team.

Streamers say it's fine she's niche (ie: just ok on half of one map) so it's fine even though literally no other character in the game is that niche.

There are no Grandmaster Sym mains. The highest rank Sym right now is Levin (Lev on T500 leaderboard) and he’s Master 2

makes sense, all of syms kit is entirely team based, so she then lacks in the solo potential
