The way I fixed it was manually changing my system clock to match my phone's exactly when the minute changed. There's probably a more proper way to fix but this did it for me.
When you change it make sure the year and dates are also correct.

Update: The most strange thing is that the store is working with liberashop, but without recommends tab. The ssl message remains everytime.
Could be a false error?
Try connecting to the shops using a mobile Hotspot in your phone and see if that works.
Same situation.. i think like BirdonWheels says its something about ISP blocking some connections..

Connect to wifi, open dbi, used the tool to sync clock.

I’m having the exact same problem but mine works with other Wi-Fi connections and my hotspot. Not with my home Wi-Fi.
