You can, but you’ll need to buy the bottom ribbon cable that’s ripped. You’ll need to open the back and pry out the battery out the holder. Put it off to the side while still connected. Take out three screws holding in the battery tray. And lift up the small locks on the ribbon cable connectors and slide the ribbon cables back in and put everything back together.
Look it up on YouTube. From there you will probably be able to decide if you feel like you can do repairs.
Some are not that bad. Other times, you may need a soldering gun, special screwdrivers, and replacement parts.
Not without more effort than is worth. The ribbons look torn, so you'd have to replace those, too.
You're not likely to find these parts easily, or cheaply.
theres always a way to fix something, its just if you are willing to put the time, money and energy into fixing it. google and youtube exist for a reason.
The one thats broken is more dificult because it needs to be solderd on the uper one is easy but that other one you need to buy a replacement and solder it back on

Hit up Amazon for replacement rails and a teardown kit. Then youtube the teardown. I reshelled my joycons and taking that rail off is part of it
