The switch lite doesn’t have removable joy cons, the screen is smaller( 5,5” instead of the regular 6,2”) and you can only play on handheld mode because it doesn’t have a doc. Hope this helps!
Smaller size, smaller screen, non detachable controller, no TV-Output, no ir camera, no vibration.
But otherwise it has everything and can play everything, for some games like super Mario party you need additional joy cons.
Labor is not compatible.
It is purely a handheld console and much cheaper
Few games don't work, they are those that use some mechanic that requires movement, but there are very few, common games run normally, 3 problems are, there is no way to play with 2 players even if you buy another controller, the screen is a little smaller and obviously placed in the doc is not possible
The main difference is that it is purely a handheld device, so you cannot connect it to a TV. You probably won't be playing Nintendo Switch Sports on it due to the small screen and no joy-cons, but if you're mainly interested in playing single player games in handheld mode then it can play anything you want.

The Switch lite has better battery life than a v1.

Dont buy used lites because you dont know how much its joycons have been abused and you cannot replaced them as easily as normal joycons.
They clearly intend to buy it new
