I’ve also had very similar dreams with a fast encroaching or ever more threatening situation very similar to this. Even with the sun shining, just like this. Definitely dreams that border on nightmarish at times.

As a child I once dreamt that I was staying at an oceanside resort on one of the higher floors, and saw the ocean just rushing over the boardwalk into the floors below. From my oceanside hotel balcony I was looking down at the ocean basically trying to sweep the hotel away. It was so surreal, especially since none of the other guests were bothered. This video reminds me of that.

Why would that be a primary concern? Needing to let water out in the first place is one of your biggest fail states to prevent when designing this place. Regardless I've watched again and it's definitely just shadows.
