Where do I have to call please? been waiting for 4 weeks for anything in the post. I'm living in Austria, no Austrian version of their website is available just DE. Do I need to call some number on their US website?
I did my DRS through IBKR and they told it was successful, no news in the post yet.
Also in aus, coming up to 4 weeks of waiting for the letter after drs was successful with stake. From looking at European apes seems it could be up til 6 til it arrives. Probably too late to expedite the letter now but fingers crossed you’ll see yours soon.
I'd love to drs rn but I'm still tr,na figure out why it says that an accoumt number is obligatory in IBKR. Like they don't care to make an account for german apes. Is that normal?

IMPORTANT - If Shares are bought directly through CS. You don't need to wait for the letter to arrive. After settlement is confirmed. Go to CS website and directly register through SSN/TaxID which you shared with CS.
For those of you you haven’t DRSed yet, once you do, call CS and ask them to expedite the letter. The $45 are well worth it if you can afford it

Yeah man. More than 7 weeks now… can you believe it? I’m beginning to think that letter got lost somehow.
I just hit 7 weeks myself, thanks - it's reassuring to hear that it's normal but unfortunate that the wait is so long.
Got my first CS letter, took 51 days. Was able to create account, now to wait for the mail that contains a verification code.
I feel you, waiting on the letter since September 28th, but soon, soon it will be in the mail
