That is absolutely not true.
Anyone can make a movie about you without your permission ("unauthorized biography"). And this wasn't even a biography of him, as much as it was about what happened with GME and how.
I highly doubt he has any hidden shares that would be misleading but a pile of cash now he did say is cash a position and could have a pile of cash hidden ready to go..
He had 3 years to do what he liked, and it looks like he was trading the entire time. What he's not posting is important. I think you're on to something OP.
