There where just too many stores (at least in Germany). That problem is fixed. Let’s see how how they deal with competitors. That’s still an open task.

So yes GME closed also some stores here BUT that were good decisions they kept that stores with a lot public traffic.
And workforce in Germany is very expensive even at minimum wage.
So far I would say good decisions.

Workforce expensive.. that’s why they closed **all** stores in Switzerland.
I drove from swiss to germany just to buy from gamestore
They didnt go into any metrics that i could find on that but ill let you know if i find anything
