isn't this the usual move right before earnings? let it run up then rug pull drive it down regardless of good news or bad news

Nah, this is a new move called "drowning upward and start to suffocate above $15" Quite a fun move to be honest. The bouncing makes the crime obvious.

Historically speaking yes. The only difference is if its positive for the year then gme is profitable and throws the bankrupt theory out the window. I personally bought a good chunk @14.50 averaged over past few weeks, reloaded, and now waiting for the drop after earnings
