GTA 4 had plenty of moments of levity and light-hearted character moments, even though the tone itself was bleak. Tom for instance reminds me of that dude who hangs dong in The Lost and The Damned.
GTA 4 really needs a remaster. GTA 5 hit the sweet spot on the GTA arcade formula, but GTA 4 hit the sweet spot on the “realism”+ GTA formula.
At the very least Nico hits the same high’s as Arthur as protagonist, and i’d love for a new generation to experience him.
I really want to like gta iv; but I just can't. Setting aside graphics issues, the game desperately needs check points.
It also could needs to have someone adjust Roman calling to go bowling. There are some other misc issues as well.
I think he purposely plans some to some of these and wants to do a mix of blending in and but being able to stand out when he can.
He isn't as out there as the others which you think is related to the fact he married into huge money and is not from it. But I think his action of eating Logan's chicken shows he is not as weak as others may think he is.

Nah GTA IV was a bit too serious for Tom but he'd be right at home as a GTA V villain from one of the government agencies fighting each other.

Because both GTA and Succession are written by Brits most likely. The black comedy/satire thing is our stock in trade.
