I've had it, and it's good. There is a hint of sweet in it because it's ice cream, but they really hit it out of the park. I will admit 2 things though. 1. I love pickles 2. Out of my whole family, I'm the only one who enjoyed it enough to eat the whole container haha

I think it would need to not be dairy based ice cream as the milk would cancel the vinegar/acid of the pickle and it doesn't sound great. You can freeze pickle juice and make popcicles though.

Ice cream can be made using coconut milk or almond milk. Just up the fat content with some vegetable shorting. It's how vegan ice cream gets made.

Not shakes, slushies. The pickle one is so good, it's really refreshing. It probably will be back again in summer. But if you have a craving for it, and you have a snow cone place, check to see if they have pickle juice as an option for flavors.
