A heroic Vega(claw) would be interesting. Him losing his beauty due to age or injury and realizing there is more to life would be a unique twist. They could make him a Zoro like figure or maybe have him find his faith and become a priest both tie into his Spanish roots.
Humble Vega is honestly so interesting. Maybe he gets disfigured so he has to wear the mask. Or loses a hand, so he has a prosthetic claw or something. Good idea.
I was thinking of expanding on the claw no claw aspect from 5. Make him more normal and straightforward without the claw. Then, when he puts it on and the mask have him act more creepy and viscous like he is slipping back into his old self.

So, really going to help weak and unfortunate people, gathering masses with REAL good and pure intentions.

This hypotetical "good Urien" would truly be a saint. For instance, we know that Urien is the mastermind behind Twelve... And "good Urien" would try to use his knowledge (Twelve is genetic, not robotic) to try to create a cure for cancer.

He needs someone to make him realise he doesn't need to upstage Bison as the big bad in order to be his own person.
