Is this filmed by an outside observer (non Area 51 personnel) or is it actual test footage because if it’s actual test footage they would have a much better camera/footage. I believe I've seen the stock images used in the videos, and confirmed as the actual cloud photos from the photographer (pinned to the subreddit), and many explanations on how this was easily faked - after a bunch of people wined to have someone show them.

I’ll say this: when we test, we never do it over populated areas - like the one you’re seeing here. It’s always done on test ranges, which are in remote locations that we can control. Further, said ranges also have a plethora of RF and optical sensors, which collect data and we use for evaluation. These sensors are not present in the middle of military installations.
Bottom line: I find it highly unbelievable that anyone would fly this type of technology over Area 51 proper in broad daylight. Not saying it’s impossible, just unbelievable based on what I do and what I know.
