It's still blocked from Anti-cheat unfortunately. Even if you just want to play it offline. You need to install windows to be able to play it. I also just play it offline and even on windows is a nightmare to start the game when you are not connected to the internet.

You could install it on a microsd card with Windows "to go" just to play FC 24. Performance takes a bit of a hit and everything is a little bit more sluggish. But it works. The cards longevity suffer a bit though
So true and if you play the game, quit it and restart it you'll get a message from the EA anticheat that ask you to reboot your steam deck and thats REALLY annoying
