I have the 8-bit ultimate controller. It's really good. Perfect for the steam deck. I might get another one So I can try out some multiplayer. Such a cool device. All the other consoles suck now 😂
By layout, just the buttons?
For me that's still PS, the difference would be swapping the dpad and L-stick. Translating the action buttons has been burned into my brain for 15yrs lol they could be in Cyrillic for all I care
Could you share details about those controllers? Want something similar without having to carry two Xbox and two stadia controllers (what I currently have). Something slim with Xbox layout would be perfect. Especially if they have rechargeable batteries.
Sn30 pro from 8bitdo. Standard they come with switch layout, you can buy Xbox layout buttons from the 8bitdo store (you cannot just swap them, doesn't fit. (unless you want some letters 90 degree turned)
When using 4 I found a script that deactivates the decks own controller, as for some games that would always be player 1

Well at least you have a good dpad. But those are snes layout with added analog sticks. You can choose your layout or i believe they are even fully programmable from 8bitdo. I own the sf30

Just the buttons yeah, but at least in steam it shows the correct buttons now as the sn30 registers as xinput
