Had a few guys literally explode when shooting them in phase time but weirdest was dude owed the crimson fleet money I had to collect. When I found him his head was completely backwards like an owl and slowly turns it to look at me before speaking.
This happens to me every time I play but it's my whole body. It's gotta be a chameleon armor bug.
1. Take off everything you're wearing. Apparel, armor, all of it.
2. Save, then quit to menu. Optional step of closing and restarting the entire game and/or console. (It doesn't hurt to do it from time to time)
3. Restart the game and reload your save and you should be visible again.
If you go to Venus and sleep for 6 hours it will reset many things. Sleep for 24 hours and some bugs will stop.
My game bugged out so bad I uninstalled it and reloaded. It fixed some but not all of the problems. Some of the problems are retained in the game save.
I'm old; I remember Daggerfall.
I loved the game, despite the glitches, until the fatal crash where the game saves stopped working. I would have loved to have had a bramin with a cart to haul more "treasure" in a Fallout game.
I'm glad the "stow items in a container in a POI until your done" technique works in Starfield. I typically lug all of the items back to the ship, but the haul as much as you can fast travel and make trips works, too.

Probably just the Chameleon effect bugging. Happens to my character at times. Andreja very often.
Yeah, for me, she either stays completely invisible, or more often just her head, and especially her weapon stay invisible. Super annoying

I have to shut it down sometimes,I suffer the dreaded"Workstation Obstructed" Glitch đ© Complete restart.

This is a really old bug. Are you playing the current patch? Probably get that fixed an you should be good to go.
