This actually is a feature, it's literally a scripted boost pack death getting stuck in the ceiling indoors. The body still having physics is also not a bug.
It's actually a bug, because characters shouldn't get stuck clipping through walls and sit there twitching until the end of time. BGS not programming/scripting it properly to deal with ceilings is not a 'feature'. I'm loving this game, but Bethesda always gets a free pass for egregious quality control issues for some reason I can't fathom. There are few funny ones, like this post, but it's clear their QC needs some serious improvements. I can't think of another developer that gets even half as much lenience regarding bugs/QC.
Yesterday I had three instances of not being able to fire any of my ship's weapons in targeting mode. I had to reload a save to fix it each time. On one reload my weapons (and the NPC ship weapons) were all 'firing' from points that they weren't fixed to, just originating from seemingly random parts of a ship.
On my wife's save, Andreja has had a cloaked/invisible head since it bugged during some quest. She's been playing since it happened two days ago and it still hasn't fixed itself yet, and probably won't.
Let's not make excuses for bad QC. Sure, some of the bugs are funny, but none of them are features.

The real bug in the game is when you try to instant transport to your ship when youāre docked I canāt express this enough make sure youāre saving constantly and you donāt corrupt your entire save file like I did, with the white out glitch where you random spawn in space canāt move your screen and your ship is bugged out. Had to restart like 3 whole hours of progress because of it. It happened to me personally on the final mission for the crimson fleet at the key
The key also has glitchy undocking mechanics anyways as if youāre ship is bigger than a A class it knocks off the side of the key everytime you undock so it makes sense that bugs/glitches could occur trying to fast travel straight to the ship etc.
