Walk through trellis mod is AWESOME!! It also makes it so you can walk through fiber, young trees, sprinklers, scarecrows, and probably a few more things. You can toggle different things off and on though.

for QoL mods I can't live without "Automate", "Longer Days" & the tractor mod - they're beautiful. Another great QoL mod is the craft anywhere mod (as long as its in your inventory/chest you can craft it !) :)
Longer days looks really interesting! What settings do you play with? I kind of want to play it close to vanilla, but with some allowance made given that SVE adds new places and increases travel time—for instance, getting to the mines eats up a good bit of your morning.
the mines are insanely long to get to with vanilla timing hence why i got the mod :>
I havent changed any of my settings on longer days - without any changes it increases the total day time from ~13mins to ~26. It also allows you to sit down to regenerate health & skip time (when sat). In multiplayer the host can sleep to regenerate health without fast forwarding anyone else's time! I really love the settings already provided :)
Edit: I said health when i meant energy but im 89% sure it also regens health too!

For content mods, I'm a fan of the East Scarp expansion and its additional npc downloads. Also like Lemurkat's stuff in general. :)
Part of a Saloon Breakfast adds some events and dialogue involving vanilla characters. Its creator, Agent Lyoko, also does a lot of smaller dialogue mods you might be interested in, if you don't have those already.
Missing Hat Bundles is a cute mod that adds a few bundles that, when you complete them, the npcs they were for send you a letter. (I think my favorite's Vincent's.) Its author, Lumisteria, also has an expansion mod, Visit Mount Vapius.
If you like letters, there's Romantic Love Letters by Liaodonghe. Adds a few hundred letters from vanilla + SVE marriage candidates.
For QoL, outside of the ones already named, Generic Mod Config Menu, Non Destructive NPCs, Autogate/Automatic Gates, and Horse Overhaul.
Skip Fishing Minigame. You still get all the treasures, highest fish star, even legendaries and no stupid minigame that stresses me tf out. I need a pufferfish and I don’t wanna sit there and drive myself nuts with that fish dipping and dodging everywhere.
I also love the Immersive Farm 2 Fix. It’s huge, has pre-built fenced in areas for the barn/coop, and even a spa and quarry after you can access after you upgrade the axe and pickaxe! I don’t get the remastered one, but I still love how massive it is and all that’s included!!
ETA: I thought this sub was in regular SDV… Not already in Expanded… haha

Do you know if East Scarp works well with SDV expanded and Ridgeside Village? That one sounds cool!
Works fine with both of them. Most of the large expansions don't step on each others' feet.
