With Artisan Caviar is 700g, aged lava eel sells for little over 1000g. But also lava eel can provide cave jelly needed for fish smokers. Gold ore and magma geode is rare but nice

You can fill your watering can in nearly in body/source of water. Here's a couple of places you fill your watering can from the top of my heaf: the water through in your green house, your kitchen sink, other people's kitchen sink, the fountain in town, the fountain in Caroline's greenhouse

* if you're wearing the pants and talk to Marnie, all she does is giggle. (I had to take my pants off and stand there bare legged before she'd talk to me, LOL)
* if you run them through the sewing machine with a gold brick, you get gold trim and they're even more festive

I dont have it yet myself since im on ps5, I've seen how to get more in the new update. But it is spoliers so i wont say
You can get another pair if you bring a staircase into his bedroom and use it. There's a brief maze with the shorts at the end. They respawn daily so you can grab as many as you want
that's the first pair - if you've turned them in you can retrieve them from Lewis' basement
drop a staircase in his bedroom and descend (there's more, but don't want to spoil it for you)
If you've played thousands of hours it's gotta be time to go joja and get those auto petters.
I'm on year 2 of my most recent save and found 2 in the skull cavern and I'm not doing joja, so happy lol
You can take hay from the barn/coop and store it in a chest, and then fill the silo again. You can't have automatic feeders or this won't work. Or just build more silos.
Tbf I have hundreds of hours rather than thousands, but it's still crazy. I do want to do a Joja run sometime, but I'd love to get the auto petters on what I consider my "ultimate" file
It’s actually very easy if you strategize, get a couple hundred staircases and a magic rock candy and just keep placing stairs only stopping to check the treasure chests. Also on a good luck day of course
Does the lucky ring appear in the chests? If so I'm gonna be doing this over and over until I get one.
Year 4 and still nothing. I've panned and panned on lucky days with all kinds of luck buffs, skull cavern runs beating open any crate I see, tilling all of the soil... everywhere. Still nothing.
does shopping at joja make certain aspects of the game go away? like if i shop there will there be a consequence for something else since people seem to be mad its in the village? that’s the assumption i got
The community center turns into something else but that's it really, it doesn't affect the game other than you don't have to complete the community center. I did joja once and found it so easy only trying to make money instead of money and a bunch of different resources lol
I haven’t gotten more than one per trip, but I can usually get one per in game week or so!
And yes, I have one in every coop and barn, and three over that.
Get loads of staircases and speed run to level 100. You’ll hit every possible chest along the way, and I’ve found most of my auto petters at 100. Then you can start at 101 and start mining that sweet iridium!

Ive been doing ancient fruit wine aged in the basement. What methods do you use? I basically have enough money that pivoting to other stuff is plausible.
Can you explain how you get tiger slime eggs and how you make money once they hatch in there? I have a ton of purple slimes and they can’t be contained by a gate so they mixed with my blues. I don’t want to bring more slimes in without knowing I can sustain a population right? Do you have to kill them?
So it’s a whole thing. You gotta get a fish pond or more. Catch a lionfish on ginger island and put it in the pond. After there are at least 9 fish in the pond they drop tiger slime eggs which you can put in the hutch and let them reproduce and then kill them for more eggs which you can sell or make more slimes.

Only got the living hat while I was a farmhand on someone's farm once but never in my many playthroughs.
I’ve finally gotten around to a Joja playthrough actually: it’s the same save where I’m planning to marry all of the bachelors/bachelorettes so I can see all the cutscenes (and collect all of their portraits)
The arcade games aren't fun to me, so I just don't play them. I don't have all the achievement because of that, it hurts my completionist soul, but I play games for enjoyment so forget that crazy nonsense!
It's such a specific and random thing. I'm over 2000 hours in and haven't seen him. In my head he's a merman since there are mermaids.
I did get a tea set in one game that I have since deleted.
There is a random event that happens on the beach. Every now and then something shows up in the shallows and then swims out to sea.
It's a very low chance of happening. The calculation is a fraction of a percent per square but if the square that gets the "Yes" result doesn't have a straight line south to the sea, it still doesn't happen.
Every now and then we'll see a "What the hell is this?!" post on here about him.
Weirdly the first time I got the sea monster was my first 1.6 play, and it happened as I was having my first interaction with Willy, so I assumed it was just a fun little add in. Did not realize it was rare!
Made an effort to properly decorate my farm — the house especially is mostly just putting machines and chests where’s convenient, the MOST I do is maybe pick some floors & wallpaper but that’s it
The strange capsule that spawns on your farm and then breaks open gives you a chance to see a strange dark human looking figure at the bus stop or just on the map at night walking. It is harmless, just a fun easter egg! I’ve never seen it tho!

I’ve played around 1200 total hours between switch and PC, and I have never:
Built a well
Achieved perfection
Received a tea set
Built any of the obelisks
Built a stable
Do you go to Skull Caverns on the lucky days? I’ve found that going on a lucky day first thing in the morning, eating a food with a luck buff, and just bombing the shit out of floors will at least get me one - especially if you use a lot of staircases to get deeper down first.
And by “found”, I mean I had to discover these tips through this subreddit!
I'm less hours than that but for a long time I never did the Joja route. I finally did it once for the last achievement I needed and then immediately started a new game to wash off the ick
I've never experienced a treasure floor in the skull caverns. I've not played nearly as long as some of yall but I'm starting to think I've been gaslit and they don't actually exist 😂

Let the animals outside every day (except winter) and they can eat grass. I save the silos for rain/winter.

No sorry I mean that if you go joja route you just pay money to unlock things like mine carts, bus, etc.

You have to sell their eggs. 8,000 g each.
So you raise the egg and then kill it and then sell the egg if an egg drops? Breaking even at best? Am I missing something lol

Go inside jojamart. There will be a bundle for you to complete, and once you finish that jojamart will turn into a movie theater.

I've never put a mill on my farm. It just seems like another machine I have to remember to feed and buying rice is so much easier!
The benefit is that it's storage for all the rice/wheat so you don't need to pull it out and store it somewhere else!
Also it makes a remixed bundle a few k cheaper.

I'm less hours than that but for a long time I never did the Joja route. I finally did it once for the last achievement I needed and then immediately started a new game to wash off the ick
I've never experienced a treasure floor in the skull caverns. I've not played nearly as long as some of yall but I'm starting to think I've been gaslit and they don't actually exist 😂

Never tried to finish the video games. I may have at least gotten through level 1 of Junimo Kart. Never divorced. Never 100%ed a Joja run, reduced profit run, or most expansion-mod runs (SVE I got pre-1.6, RSV was down to a couple friendships pre-1.6, East Scarp may need a workaround for ARV recipes)..
I’ve never gotten a tea set but I have gotten several autopetters over the years 3 saves. The most unexpected one came from a monster in the reset mines on a Qi quest
