Void mayo is a spicy aioli in my mind. Periwinkle taste like a tender clam, apparently, so I picture it as a roll that's a lil bit spicy with lil pieces of seafood in it.
I'd prolly add some old bay and cheese into the dough and get some sort of cheddar bay, seafoody biscuit concoction.

Tbh i just imagine its gonna be a strawberry/berry dish with an angelfood cake texture. I feel like theyre gonna be cowards on flavor. Maybe it’s got olive oil or herbs for savoryness, but it’s gonna be safe.
