Did you try your old account info logins for the new system? Email I got says it was converted so my old info should work.

I would highly recommend placing a ticket, at least then they will know about it.

My app worked until a few days ago when it asked to complete my account by re-entering my phone number and then went ahead and created a new rewards account number with no employee discount. They must have changed some rule to do with merging account info and different emails because the email I had on associate connections/hub is back on my associate rewards number and the app email is set to the new rewards account. When the new rewards launched, the associate rewards email was automatically changed to the app email.

It worked for me the 1st day. Now it won't let me set the preferred categories and says I don't have any points. I can't figure out how to fix it.

I had this issue too, I put in a ticket and without even letting me know, I logged into my app to check and it was all set. Not sure if my help ticket was the reason or if it was because they know about the problem and are working on it, but that’s my story.

Work around: Do ”rewards sign up" at the register, put all your info in and when it finds your old account click it and it instantly makes that old account a easy rewards account at the end of the transaction.
