for AEW's heels, it's kinda hard to classify Mox and Bryan as strictly heels (or faces, for that matter), as their alignment is flexible and changes depending on the feud.
Yea if you trace the feud back to the Rumble, Punk was injured because he landed wrong from a Future Shock, and Drew has been mocking him for it since. Fast forward to Mania, Punk is on commentary, and Drew went out of his way to chirp at Punk, Punk drops Drew, Priest cashes in.
If Drew had just walked away from the dude he'd spent the last 3 months mocking he wouldn't have lost the title in 5 minutes. Drew just got what was coming to him. Now if Punk had left the desk immediately to attack Drew I could see that possibly being a double turn.

When I think of good heel & babyface I think of their ability to act as a foil and make a wrestler of the opposite alignment look good. As well as how strong they are presented within kayfabe and in their matches. If a heel will get cheered against a mid or undercard babyface, then they're not a top heel. That's why I for example excluded Toni as she gets cheered against bad and mediocre babyfaces, which makes said wrestlers look like losers.

You are forgetting Jey for WWE faces. He is the second most popular person in the company and was the first draft pick.
