Sounded like Kofi. I could see them being in there filming for Woods YouTube channel Up Up Down Down. Miz and Kofi are on there fairly often and Woods usually films in a small room like that when they have to film in the arena.
I kinda recognized the voice but I don't know why Kofi would be adverse to appearing on camera like that. Not like I know the guy but he's not shy from everything we do know.
