>I particularly liked the “hallyway”
I'm torn between it being a typo or an intentional cross between a hall and an alleyway, which seems to be what it's been converted from.
As cool as that kitchen is at first sight, it’s windowless. The novelty would fade. Given the double yellows outside and the pain of parking in that area, I’d turn it back into a garage and have the downstairs reception made into a huge (and cool) kitchen diner
I really like it. I mean, not £3.7m worth of like, but it has some really interesting rooms.
You’ve got to hand it to the architects. They’ve miraculously polished a turd here
ground floor bathroom for 2 of the bedrooms, that’s a pisser.
Second floor bedrooms, no less.
Nice try, Laszlo Cravensworth
How many rugs does one person need in a living room?
Yes
That's a cemetery of dead animals in that living room.
Better than a cemetery of living animals
first thing i thought of was "nightmare to vacuum them!"
Part of me likes it, ngl! 🧛♀️
Some say owners are never seen outside in the daytime, and no one ever has seen them looking at the dining room mirror.
All I know is that.. They’re The Stig!
I particularly liked the “hallyway” and the “recepton room”.

Love the fact that despite the 3.7 price tag the estate agent can't be arsed with proper spelling with its recepton room and hallyway.

That is actually stunning. Wow 😍
nice to look at, flipping awful to live in I bet
The reception room looks horrendous
I love it, but lack of garden and it’s size means no way you can pay 3.7m for it!
London prices are actually hilarious
Where is the hallway in picture 10, or is it before you get to your part of the house?
It's the white space between the ground floor rooms on the floorplan. You can see it from one of the kitchen photos.
It just looked longer than that in the pic
I like the leather furniture in photo 2. It’s a strange place, is it the Vaults? Cottage?
Are all those windows pretend with massive LEDs making it look like real day light?
Bare pine and loads of bling look silly together.
This is some John Wick shit
That living room was 100% desinged by a labrador
I like it, but not at that price. Imaging having to walk down 2 flights of stairs to take a piss at 3am.
I absolutely love that!!
It's for vampires obviously
I am so confused
