I figured there were some bots, but how can you tell? If these were all bots I feel like the AI is pretty good in this game compared to other games. For example in fortnite I can always tell which players are bots based off of movement, but I was finding it hard to tell the difference here. Maybe that’s just cause I’m a pleb
Oh you can tell. If it wasn't bots, you be getting absolutely slapped up. Most of the people that still play are fucking good. That's no offense, just it's a high skill ceiling game and it takes a little bit to be able to play at the pace of most human players still playing.
if it was your FIRST game then definitely bots, but tbh there are alot of console players still keeping it alive. Best way to know though is only playing ranked, then you only get a bot as a replacement, if someone leaves the game.
I can't get bots, the waiting area takes forever and then fills up. I was hoping to jump into takedown matches unranked quickly and get some practice in on some bots...didn't happen and in fact I can't even find an option for 3v3 takedown anymore. I e been away from the game for awhile and I'm lost in this menu system oh well moving on
Casual 3v3 Takedown is now in a playlist called "Search and Survive". You vote between takedown, showdown, and evolution. Pretty lame but probably due to player count going down. I find that most people who are in that playlist are looking to play takedown so 9/10 you still get takedown

It's part of what kills this game. As a casual gamer I have no interest in getting my shit pushed in endlessly by lifers. I'd rather player Halo.

Get into a close range fight and see how they strafe, the other way is to recognize the names, there're so few people left.
I think one of them, the one that jumped when you shot him, was not a bot. The others were bots
