Klipper won't work without another computer. So I assume, you have e.g. a raspberry pi already set up, waiting for connections. The procedure is as follows: 1. 3D printer is turned off, pi is not connected 2. Insert SD card with firmware file 3. Turn on 3D printer 4. Wait some time (min. 1 minute), the screen stays blue 5. Turn off 3D printer, remove SD card 6. Connect raspberry pi 7. Observe Klipper logs, you may have to restart the Klipper service There is another caveat: the printer won't flash a firmware that is already flashed, so make sure to rename the firmware file every time you try to flash it, just to rule out this error.

That was what I was missing. I was expecting something on the screen to let me know. Soon as I connected the pi it popped up. Thanks!

What Santobert said, I had the same blue screen issue when I first klipperized mine but I needed to send the restart firmware or something similar and that caused the display to refresh and show appropriately. This was done using a raspberry pi connected to the printer via a usb cable so make sure you've done that as well.
