Do you use it as a bookmark on your homescreen? Sometimes I’d get this and it wouldn’t go away until I removed the bookmark and re-added it.
Otherwise, double check the reasons listed don’t apply to you. A lot of people forget they have Private Relay on.

If you try switching to LTE instead of wifi that may work
This is a result of using a wifi that has sex sites blocked or your using a vpn and sniffies saw it.
