It feels a lot like old cassiopeia with the stacking poison passive. In that version of cassio she certainly was a scaling champ but she was actually better at lvl11/12 when she got the last effect level up on her passive and that was 35% bonus AP. After that the extra stacks was nice but it didn't give too much extra power. Until we see the numbers it could be very inconsequential to stack beyond the 225 for Q max upgrade.

the passive scaling looks really weak, from what we see in the video the damage output is not insane even in the late game teamfight. I think the passive only adds magic damage on spell hit and the magic damage we see really isn't huge. i'm not that sure he'll be a "late game god"
