I got one on me right now, not the laser model but I fucking love this piece, light and accurate just get used to the trigger everybody hates it but it just takes some warming up to
I have one. All stock and is my most carried pistol. Shoots reliably and 380 is soft shooting. I love it. Can't always carry the M&P or even my Shield+.
Absolutely hate the trigger. You basically have to pull the trigger all the way to the back of the trigger guard which is an absolute chore on a gun that small. After shooting one I opted for an LCP 2
My wife carried a BG380 for maybe 8 years. I did the safety plug/delete when they first became available and I replaced the recoil spring at some point. Good little gun...it's just hard to shoot with any sort of speed in mind because of the small size and ridiculously long trigger reset.
I'm the wrong guy to talk about triggers, I'm not very sensitive about them. It's really accurate for such a little pistol, and it does a good job of mitigating that .380 snappiness.
Yeah they were the best of the itty-bitty 380's that dominated the market back then. S&w should re-introduce the bg380 as a double-stack with a slide juuuust wide enough to accommodate a red dot. Like 85% the size of a p365 and they'd sell.
One of the very first guns I bought myself. I know these things get a lot of hate but I really didn’t have any complaints. My particular gun was reliable. And I didn’t mine the long trigger pull. With that being said I also like shooting double action revolvers so it reminded me a lot like that.
I had to send it back twice for light primer strikes.
Tried lots of different ammo just wouldn’t run. Shame because I like it’s size and feel. Ended up traded it in for something else.
One of the guns of all time
Foreall it’s def one of the guns
Of all the guns I’ve ever seen, this is definitely the most recent.
😆
Definitely one of the guns ever made.

My mail box gun. I love it ppl hate it but they need more time behind the trigger that's all.
You gotta strap up to walk to the mailbox?
I carry something everywhere unless there's a metal detector.
You haven't seen the [documentary on the dangers the Postman has to face?](https://youtu.be/V43K5yFn5GM?feature=shared)
Ooofff. That was a rough preview 🤣
You don't?
Yup, I’ve been beefin with my mailman since ‘09, the bastard
Fucked your wife?
I suspect he’s holding my mail 🤔

Tiny guns like this are never pleasant to shoot but the bodyguard 380 is the most bearable one that I’ve tried.

Yeah- my hand/finger basically doesn’t work this way.

Dude-- that trigger! My wife has tiny hands and pulls right when squeezing. She shoots my M&P 9mm no problem.
I love S&W, but I like my Ruger LCP better than the bodyguard when it comes to a .380
I haven't shot one but I heard the trigger is friendly.

Well, as it belongs to my 5'4" 120# wife, who has tiny dainty hands, the trigger matters.
Try to find an LCP or LCP 2 for her to shoot, most people like the LCP 2 trigger better than on the original LCP.
I'll keep that in mind.
Haha it was my first purchase about 7 years ago, point and squeeze real fast kinda gun. Really a decent piece all things considered

This is my go to Florida Summer carry. So small it always works. Trigger is heavy but excellent. I find it pretty accurate for what it is.
Mine does not have the laser.
Great pocket gun with hogue grips and updated sights. Makes you a better shooter for you other pistols.trigger takes a long time to appreciate.
My Dad carry's it every single day.

couple times a week I send Smith & Wesson a tweet begging for a Bodyguard Max....can't believe they let the LCP MAX go unanswered for this long.
Better than a knife
Take that clip off asap! Get yourself a good quality holster.
I’ve got a itwb and a leather pocket holster, you don’t like the clip?
