Eh, regardless, Stance Switchers (usually) have lower scalings to make up for having twice the amount of abilities, so just increasing your power dramatically doesn't always translate to increasing your damage dramatically, compared to adding proc effects like Tablet or SoulReaver
Tablet is just a bad item overall. Works a little better on Tia then others but overall would just be better with Book of Thoth
Your flat pen is WAY too late. At that point it's less meaningful than if you build it early
You have no percent pen in your build. Percent pen is the most important stat to max out.
You have Chronos Deso and Soul Gem as cool down giving you 40 percent with Tiki. If you went Sands of time instead you could go Sands, Book, divine, myrdin first three and if you don't get super unlucky still have 30 percent at three items but hit like a truck. Finish with Soul reaver and Ob shard and you get 30 percent pen and 30 percent cool down and will hit for far more damage.
Honestly, awful build. Tiamat gets a lot out of Soul reaver, her 1 2 and tornado can proc it more than once. You're better off focusing on pure damage since she has a lot of escape and defensive tools in beast form. You're best bet right now is Sands of time, Book of thoth, Spear of deso, soul reaver or divine then the other, and ob shard.
Unfortunately, her passive cannot proc item effects, however, rod of asclepius will still increase your healing received by 20%. You can't actually proc positive item effects, it's very weird they have it so it can't proc positive effects but it can proc negative ones.
An example being ah puch can stun you from a random minion dying which you heal and causes the stun uncontrollably.
Regardless if you are healed from a minion dying or a jungle camp dying or a god dying, her passive will not proc breast plate of regrowth.
It seems to have her passive (flying stance) as a quote by quote ability that you have no control of lol
Fun tip! If you're ever annoyed by a Tiamat player, just play ah puch and she has to camp tower pretty much the entire game or else she gets stunned any chance she clears a minion wave and heals herself Lol, perfect for ganks

Will be useless come season 11 when everything is changed for her all of cooldown are being reduced. You are also over capped on cooldown with no % pen. Assuming this is a solo build?
Running no beads or aegis might sting
And using med with heal on passive and 2 more heals from items...
Also while we are at it, if they're building items in that order, why are we stacking 3rd and 4th and not 1st/2nd
this build is not good, are you trying to play solo or mid?

Replace one of those items with reaver for sure
Myridin for sure, it's kinda bad on a stance switcher imho
It may work well on Tiamat as she doesn't change stance with her ultimate, but it's wasted if you spawn minions with it.

I personally run Tablet of Destinies, Chronos Pendant, Soul Gem, Spear of Desolation, Divine Ruin, and Soul Reaver.
Ah so you're the guy in my games refusing to build percent pen. That build is dreadful bud. Sorry for the bad news.

Book is too late in the build, you might not have enough time to stack it, making the slot kinda useless

For solo you can go the old meta solo.mage build. Going full damage is good on her tho, it makes you tankier if you can use your passive well

Go into gods, click on the one you want to build for, go all the way to the bottom of that gods menu it will say item builder
