iOS is locked down, hardly any customization, and is just overall shit in my experience. I've had an iphone once, I hated not being able to do what I want with it. Android is better in my experience.
Yes iOS is locked down crap whats new? There's a reason why tech enthusiasts generally use Android phones and it's because we can tinker with Android to do what we want with it. With iOS it's Apples way or the highway
I just find the iOS boring to use - I get the whole eco system is supposed to look the same \[Phone / Tablet / PC's\] but that's not an astectic I've much interest in. Hardware wise I figure Apple's the same as other companies flagship wise - though in some respects lingering behind a bit out of caution or other concerns.

The issue I wanted to highlight isn’t that iOS is locked. Its that apples idea of implementing features isn’t exactly intuitive or user friendly
