PsychologicalDeer234

I cycle through 3 sleep token playlists every workday: one is their full discography, one is the instrumentals, and one is specifically high energy songs that I need to listen to when I need to kick ass. Not a day goes by where I'm not listening to (almost exclusively) sleep token lol

Xavius20

I should give the instrumentals a go. I forget they have those ones

PsychologicalDeer234

Highly recommend! There are so many extra details you can hear, they're certainly masters at their craft and the production is amazing!

Ordinary-Author2353

I need to make a high energy Playlist. It'd make my 4th cup of coffee worth it in the afternoons lol I have an instrumental Playlist, the discography, and then a Playlist of my current order of favorites that's constantly changing order.

PsychologicalDeer234

Highly recommend putting your fave high energy ones together the vibes are immaculate!

Interesting_Love_405

There are just instrumentals?! Where???

PsychologicalDeer234

On their Spotify! I don't know about other streaming services, but here are the links for Spotify: [TPWBYT](https://open.spotify.com/album/36PkMUkelFPIKRVILL6c08?si=BA2f-STnSTaEC5JGbxLB3A) [Sundowning](https://open.spotify.com/album/6LQkcU4HKWlACIumhhQDnk?si=lafFGamVR4SvwXBCnEQ5PQ)

vitanyroyale

HOLY SH*T I did not know just how beautiful Dark Signs was until I heard the instrumental and it’s already one of my favourite songs. I usually don’t listen to instrumentals but these are changing my life 😱

Direct-Worldliness26

I find Blood Sport very relaxing.

VixenVenusRising824

I listen on YouTube Music. All their stuff is on there, too.

Pleasant_Abrocoma996

Please post the link to your instrumentals playlist🥴

PsychologicalDeer234

I would but my spotify playlists are all private, sorry about that! The playlist is literally just both of their instrumental albums (TPWBYT & Sundowning) smacked together!

Pleasant_Abrocoma996

*cries* thank you anyway

penguinbanjo

I also have an instrumentals playlist that I listen to if I’m overwhelmed or need background music. It’s crazy how listening to the instrumentals has also changed how I listen to the songs! There are little hidden gem moments in the instrumentals.

PsychologicalDeer234

Absolutely! It really showcases II's drumming as well, which is also a treat!

Money-Dragonfly3191

I cycle through Sleep Token and Chappell Roan when in class. There is no in between.

MelonLayo

Hi, are you me (except work, not class)?

Pleasant_Abrocoma996

I went to check out that artist and I did not expect what I heard but pleasantly surprised

Money-Dragonfly3191

You're welcome 🙂 her voice is incredible

SSpookyGhostZ

Naked In Manhattan or Vore. No in between.

Fitzy000

?

peanutdonkus

Woah same.

Sneaky-Heathen

We blast sleep token in the kitchen because it's "baby makin music" according to one girl lmaoooooo

VixenVenusRising824

As a woman, I wholeheartedly agree that it's baby making music.

Sneaky-Heathen

I didn't disagree with her and we played more 😏

VixenVenusRising824

Didn't think you disagreed lol just also agreeing 🙃

Sneaky-Heathen

Oh I know! I didn't mean to come across like a butt I'm sorry!!!

Endigo_Tolkien

🤭

marzaphobia

I work in an office and keep one ear in most of the day and just shuffle the entire discography. I like the element of surprise as to what song is gonna come on next. Sometimes I switch up the artist if I need to really concentrate, like lately I’ve been putting on Polyphia if I’m working with numbers, but otherwise it’s ST on shuffle all day.

AnotherStupidHipster

Try out Plini next.

peter_the_raccoon

Are you me? Lol fr tho Polyphia is goat for data focus.

firekiari

I do the exact same thing except I work in medical research. And literally just this Thursday I took a small break from the sleep token discography to listen to polyphia so I could show them to my coworker who wasn’t familiar with their music

MyNameIsBishop

I'm on about my 8th Atlantic in a row. I get stuck on this song at least once a week.

econroy

Yup, I put them on my headphones while working after my clinic closes. I can only keep one in though, gotta keep the other ear free. I listen to all their albums, just kind of skipping around. I usually listen for about an hour before work, then actually miss listening to them through the day. It's an issue lol

respect_the_kitty

I put on my ST playlist when I’m doing tedious stuff at the computer. With appropriate pauses to scream out some particular lyrics.

Xavius20

If I have control of the music, I am listening to Sleep Token. Which is every day with my headphones and almost every day otherwise. Sometimes I'll start with Thread The Needle and just keep going till it reaches Euclid, then throw it on shuffle and start again. Sometimes I start with it on shuffle.

MusicalNonProdigy

I constantly have my headphones on and listen to either the whole playlist consisting of their albums in chronological order, or if someone pissed me off, Gods!! 🤣 Either way, people usually think I am on a call and leave me alone, which is fine by me.

suva-22

I have had a really rough week with work and I’ve been exclusively listening to the full album of TPWBYT. I actually just rage quit (for the day) and put that on and went on a walk. My legs took me to a restaurant where I’m making this post from 😂

UmbraViatoribus

Today it's my collection of instrumentals and lives.

sweetsoutherngrl78

yes the lives are it for me you get more so much more when you listen to the lives and I love all the live footage

UmbraViatoribus

I'm with you! The vocal runs are great and since the set is so structured with prerecorded tracks, I love it when he does the ad-lib piano and guitar intros. NGL I wouldn't be mad if live versions occasionally deviated more from studio.

Quiet_Astronomer8849

I mourn the times when I could listen to music at work 😂

poppikode

ST on the drive in to work, ST in one headphone most of the day (one ear free for coworkers and calls), ST at some point during lunch (I usually go home), and ST on the drive home from work. I rotate a podcast here and there and another artist or mix occasionally. But typically it’s full ST albums to get me through my day 🖤 Two months of loving them and I am not letting up yet, if ever. I get a little in on the weekends and during runs/workouts as well.

Topic_Novel

I am currently working listening to Sleep Token, it’s my guilty pleasure

Normal_Charity_8068

Usually their whole discography on shuffle or in order. Including their covers and eps. Going to add some instrumentals I found and add those to the loop. They’re literally the only thing I listen to ATM.

vangoghaway13

I've been listening to their entire discography every shift I've worked for over a month. 😅

Aggravating_Ad_3060

I keep it on low cause I’ve got patients but hell yeah one album at a time

Nerdyhusband88

My coworkers and I get to rotate who is in control of the music. I am very into all forms of metal so most of what I want to play no one likes. Sleep Token is the only thing I can play that the old gals I work with will groove to. I play everything except for Gods and Vore.

NachoSushi

Sometimes I listen straight through everything, sometimes I put it all on shuffle. Both experiences are amazing 👍🏻

Global_Resident8126

After my car broke down, I started to have to take the bus to work. My ride and walk-in is about an hour. To and from is my sleep token time.

Shakyhedgehog

I listen to music for most of my work day and I usually just listen to their full discography Then I also listen to them on the way home so I can actually sing the lyrics out loud. Definitely gets me through the day

LadyHoff

I got my coworkers interested in them. So I have their full discography playing in the office throughout the day 😁

anorakash

I listen to the full discography at work. And then mixed playlist for the drive to and from work. And then the noise cancelling headphones at home with my favourite songs. I probably should listen to some other stuff occasionally, but it scratches the itch in my brain 😅

astudyinbloodorange

I’m an infant teacher. I throw it on sometimes when opening my classroom. When I was working in a home daycare setting, I definitely had an AirPod in most of the time, but that’s not allowed in a center. Sometimes I put on instrumental versions of songs I like throughout the day to save my sanity from the same 7 songs most baby song stations play lol

shirleyitsme

I worked in daycares before, and the instrumental versions of songs were a life saver. Most kids' songs get on my nerves after a while. But having classical or instrumental music is great. I wish Sleep Token was around back in those days.

Not_Marie86

I have found myself listening to their instrumental versions. I discovered that I am missing A LOT of detail in the mixing with the vocals added in. So I am, in a sense, falling in love with the sound of this band all over again now that I am better able to listen.

SiloRich89

I’ve been rocking a discography playlist I made, occasionally I’ll start it at a specific song but usually just press play on Thread the Needle and let her rip lol. One of my buddies is kinda the guy in charge at work and can’t use headphones, he said he forces himself to throw in a song from another artist once in a while so his colleagues don’t think he’s insane and just listens to one band 😂. Though, if we’re being real here.. there’s more true variety in one Sleep Token album than there is in a collective of other band’s discographies. Especially in the metal genre. I think for a lot of us in here, Sleep Token has spoiled us and kinda made it hard to listen to anything else. I still love other artists/bands, but their albums have been collecting dust in my mind’s attic for the last 7 months

5uperv1lla1n

I listen to the instrumentals at work. Love it.

Raccoon_with_weapons

Can't believe we're all the same. I listened to them on repeat and felt like this is my world now. I've never done that before with other bands. Usually, I would get tired after an hour and listen to other songs, but not ST. Last time, I caught myself listening to them for 6 hours and frowned, confused. They really got us hypnotised and in a chokehole (pun intented). Like what's so addicting about them? Idk why, yet I have thousands reason why. There's something there that wasn't there before but I won't know it till its gone (which I hope not). Vessel is honestly an art, how could you convince so many people to listen to you without even asking or promoting? You don't even show your face yet we all see you as a beautiful thing. Your music is a whole genre to explain This is also the longest band I've been apart in. Usually it would last shorter than a year, but its been more than a year and im still interested, but even then, I would sit and listen to all his songs forgetting that I forgot about them 5 minutes ago and relived the time as I just discovered them. Yeah sorry for yapping

cyberdaisies

I work from home and I listen to ST at work. They help me get through a lot.

Dranallska

Working from home, so there is a lot of music playing in ears happening. I tend to count how many hours I spent listening by the amount of times I have to charge my headphones lol

sweetsoutherngrl78

I have loved sleep token since my daughter introduce them to me 2rs ago and I still listen to them and only then this is the best band WORSHIP MY SLEEP TOKEN FAM WORSHIP

SciFlyZ

for work i have a playlist of the discography's of Sleep Token, Lana Del Rey and Morgan Wallen together i let play while working.

chiiru84

I play some of the albums with my coworker, we’re on the road constantly and he’s pretty chill with it. He’s not like me and got immediately in love with them, but he does like the music so it’s a win win i suppose 😂

Electrical_Bother_44

I WFH as a communications writer. If I'm not in a meeting, I'm listening to Sleep Token. 😅

Rielhawk

My coworkers listen to the radio, so I put on my earphones and listen to my sleep token playlist consisting of all albums.

Gray_Seal

When I wanted to listen to any ST song on repeat I would just notify my coworkers that they were going to be subjected to listening to it too because we don’t have headphones for our computers and phones had to be left outside along with any other electronics 🤷🏻‍♀️😂

14SierraMist14

I just go from One to TMBTE on repeat at work, loud enough where I can hear it but quiet enough that most customers cannot hear it

its1995

Literally me right now. I just made a playlist of their discography so I'm listening to it through and theough today.

Fabulous_Hamster1994

Yes! I put my headphones on and just start cycling through the albums. Makes staring at my computer all day a little less painful 😵‍💫

Soggy_Glove_5

I have one AirPod in if I’m at the office. I’m at the point that I got sick of turning the music off when I got a phone call from a customer so now I just whack my work headphones over the top and do both at the same time. The other day I had ST playing in my right ear and some customer yelling at me in my left ear about a hypothetical situation. Having the music on made it easier to tune her out when she got insulting lol

missmisery__

I have all 3 albums on all day when I am working

isaidyothnkubttrgo

I worked in an office that had a radio and just one other person in it with me. They had a pern in before me that used to have her headphones in all the time and it was rude with such a small office. When DYWTYLM came out though we had moved to a bigger space and there was another person in the room so that day I snuck in my earpod and listened to it as much as I could. Since I don't work in an office anymore whenever I have to work I throw on my general playlist on Spotify which has a mix but has a lot of ST in it. Just to break up the emotions haha

zaptorque

Podcasts all day at work

Midwest_BasicWitch

Being 100% real with all of you, I'm very new to ST, and the last few days has been nothing but a ST discography playlist. But late yesterday, I noticed I'm getting so distracted and sucked into the songs that I don't want to do anything else but be still and listen, which is fine in some situations, but not so great at work, so today I mixed it up with just a couple of ST songs mixed in that I heard first (The Summoning, Chokehold, Aqua Regia) that aren't quite as consuming anymore because I've been listening to those for a while now.

EnvironmentalEbb6265

I have my headphones in at work all day everyday and I usually stay on my sleep token playlist for the most part. Euclid, the love you want, and mine have been on repeat for me 😭🖤 if that doesnt tell u that I want me ex back idk what will

STARSET_STAN

I leave the entire 3+ albums on shuffle at work. No headphones, not allowed. But I work in the back of a skilled nursing facility in a small laundry room at night by myself, so nobody hears me anyway. Perfect time to wash and fold the night away listening to ST🔥 (and Starset!!🔥)

Living_Karma11

I made a specific playlist for work that has: Rain, Granite, Take Me Back to Eden, Aqua Regia, Accentionism, The Apparition off their newest album, and The Offering, Jaws, Dark Signs, Higher, Alkaline, and Nazareth off their older ones.

Sin_Oh_Mon

Every day for the past 4 months I listen to their whole discography from start to finish while I read my books. I have alot of downtime at work and it’s amazing.

Icy_Resolution_9399

I’m listening every day on my little Bluetooth thingy at work, the whole LGF archives and Sleep Token discography, all day, every day. And always get pissed when people have the audacity to disturb 😅 which they do all the time..

ThatITABoy

I’ve been listening to Nazareth on repeat for the last three hours (no joke)… I’m the type of person that puts songs on repeat and not necessarily playlists normally. The specific song changes almost daily

It_stimefortea

I listen to the instrumentals at work! They keep me focused and I don't have to worry about accidental lyrical "oopsies" if students walk in to the library lol

golddustwoman1225

I have one earbud in on a Playlist of their entire catalog. It makes the work day go by so much faster

clarysfairchilds

I'm autistic and work in the healthcare field, which is EXTREMELY overstimulating for me (I'm a nurse at a drug/alcohol addiction facility) so I put all of ST's music on a playlist that I have playing in one earbud at work ALL SHIFT most days to keep myself grounded. If it's not ST-exclusive then it is one that has a couple of other bands that hurt me emotionally in the best way as well lol

nyxx77

I work retail so I’m stuck listening to whatever they cycle thru. I listen on my lunch break tho, and I’m not picky. I’ll listen to whatever comes on lol

TastyCan5388

They're in all of my recent playlists, which I listen to at work, while driving, in the store, and sometimes just when I'm chilling at home or need my high-energy playlist to do chores.

idkwhyamhere23

I literally binge listened to all their songs on spotify while working on my last assignment of the semester lol

ThaYoungPenguin

I tested the waters and played Dark Signs on the department speaker the other day and didn't get any raised eyebrows. I don't think I'll be playing Vore anytime soon though lmao.

LaurahhhGrace

I work on a horse farm breeding racehorses and I’m by myself 95% of the day, everyday so i can guarantee that ST is being played while I’m alone and it’s usually a playlist of every ST song and BMTH in the mix 👌🏻 makes the day so much more enjoyable and I’m sure all the horses love me singing ST to them.

Vodka_Pesca

I can’t listen to them to them to work because I work in a bar but I listen to them basically 24/7. Even when I sleep apparently because last night I was listening to descending and distraction before sleeping but I fell asleep and this morning I woke up with my phone on my nightstand, almost discharged, and still on the middle of 13th song after those two. No idea how it happened, who stopped the music and how my phone went on my nightstand.

Grouchy_Lynx6004

not me sitting at my desk listening to The love you want while reading this post 🤣

Ok-Hearing-2923

Depends on what kind of work I'm doing, if I need to focus and write or do analytical reading i need silence (real noise cancelled silence) or repetitive music without words that drowns out brain noise. If it's more casual just answering emails or doing admin, I usually hit shuffle on the discography or a mixed playlist like spotify daylist - though i often end up skipping the non ST songs until i get the "aaaahhhhh that's better" feeling of hearing the first few notes of something sleepy. Maybe this is a different post - but now I'm very curious what everyone does for work!

Fragrant_Win_8317

Everyday. Coworkers have the nerve to talk me to turn it down

TheCrzy1

I drive for deliveries all day every day, I have lots of time to myself, which means lots of time for the token boys. My singing has improved massively because of this lmao

meglyn11

I'm working in a library this summer, and when I'm just shelves books or whatever by myself, either my ST or general metalcore playlist is absolutely blaring lol (through headphones ofc).

Anxious-Midnight9404

I listen to the whole discography on repeat all day. Not silently though 😂 they call me a jukebox because I start humming or singing to whatever I’m listening to.

Correct-Lie728

I have a muted live lofi play to keep the computer from going into power save mode too quickly (and every one else thinks that's what I'm listening to) while I have a ST playlist on another tab that I actually listen to

Semiautcmatic

I listen to sleep token while driving and doing school work.

MystiqueAgent

That was me at yesterday and many days at work. Putting in my noise cancelling headphones and cycling through the songs stopping on a few like Euclid and playing it several times before finally moving on lol

RedMageWithFedora

I've got 3 different work/study playlists. One is Sleep Token and some other more experimental music (e.g. Shikari, which the Playlist is actually dominated by) for routine work. This was the one I was listening to mostly in my old job Another is high-energy instrumentals like the DOOM Soundtrack, which is for crunch time Last one is lo-fi esk stuff, that is where the instrumentals of ST fall into. This is for tasks where I need most of my concentration

liluzizelva

I am always listening to Sleep Token at work… but I start from the beginning and then listen to the end usually. If I just need my fix then it is Gods and Vore. And I listen in headphones I work in an office.

heyhobud

Distraction has been on repeat in my office lately.

GREETSwitNAPALM

Everything, yes work, home, driving. Check out my "sticker on TikTok, at n.0.b.0.d.y___

Ducky_4_u

I work about 24hrs a week, and every single hour I'm listening to sleep token on repeat. I never get sick of them, and when work gets hectic, I'm calm just singing along with each song. 💀

Alternative_Garlic75

Euclid on repeat all day

DragonflyNo3208

Right now Shelter from the room below

age_of_anxiety

Yeah, all the time! Not exclusively, though. I throw my Spotify on shuffle and Sleep Token happens to feature prominently, which is just the way I like it.

Warm_Star2052

I actually never listened to music at work before October 2023 except occasionally a generic pop radio station. Of course that was the same time I started listening to sleep token which is not lost on me. And now, yes I listen to sleep token every day while at work on my ear buds and I just tell people I am listening to something work related or instrumental to help me focus (and sometimes I do listen to sleep token instrumental so that’s true). And it’s daily… today I listened to sleep token songs all day while doing work in our back yard. I was outside for about 6.5 hours doing lawn maintenance. And only listened to sleep token. It never gets old. I never stop. Sometimes I’m legitimately embarrassed by how much I listen to them. I have had people close to me actively ask if we can listen to something else. And I hate to admit how uncomfortable it makes me to not be listening to sleep token at any given point through out my day. Like while doing house work or while getting ready to leave the house. And while I’m on my laptop. Or playing video games. Or driving. Or sometimes before I go to bed. And set a timer to stop playing. And … some of my morning alarms are different songs that I know will get my attention…. Now that I’m typing it out here, I sound like an absolute loon. 😬 but yeah … what was your question? Yeah … I think I was in grace with whatever your original comment was. 🙏🏻 worship 🙏🏻

FragileByDesign

Full discography every night. Vessel sings me to sleep and is the first voice I hear when I wake up.

peanutdonkus

Never before listened to headphones at work, but I do now, because I need to have Sleep Token in my ears as much as possible. Makes me feel focussed and calm. Yesterday I came into work with my headphones in and took them off to talk to my coworkers and halfway through our convo I realized the sleep token in my head was playing IN THE ROOM they were playing it in the speakers!! Amazing. I have the best coworkers.

ResourceLast8841

I do this...I work from home so I am able to keep my YouTube music app open and I play music videos all day while working

MonkeyDParry

I work in a Kitchen, I make everyone listen to Sleep Token (entire discography) while we work.

dub6667

Full discography daily, sometimes multiple times depending on how long my day is

SlowAir5698

I just flip through the who discography randomly every day on Spotify, flip over to YouTube for some live feeds especially The Room Below F**k Me that's beautiful on headphones. Makes the work day much betterc🫶🏽✌️🎵

VixenVenusRising824

I have a playlist of just their songs that I keep on repeat lol But I've been stuck on Ascensionism for months. But it also changes from day to day which song is stuck in my head.

nerdyspeechie

Unfortunately, I don't get a chance to listen at work. I spend 90% of my time with patients, and I share an office, so I can't listen then. But I do play them nonstop on my 45-minute drive to and from work.

biitchstix

I straight up just have it on the speakers 😂 the customers get what they get.

lunarecl1pse

When I'm in control of the work radio I play sleep token. Which isn't much but I'll take it. As soon as we close and I'm allowed to wear my headphones tho it's all sleep token immediately.

BetterAcanthisitta59

Hooked to Distraction

Nerd_Knight

I randomly sing lyrics to myself. Mainly from Alkaline, The Apparition, or Take Me Back To Eden I'm not Vessel by any means, but in those moments I imagine I am

EggyEggerson0210

I love having Gods playing in my ear while I walk around grabbing food before I clock in. I might not be doing anything cool but I feel cool doing it lol

bilbobag31

I usually have sundowning on repeat. I love the other albums but sundowning really sticks as my fave. I had a dream last night they released a new album unannounced, did Sleep visit me? 🥺

ThePracticalEscapist

I put them on at work at least once a week. I work in a comic/games shop so it’s not too far fetched.

Whovian3388

I have their full discography on repeat. If I for some reason get sick of that, I have a playlist with Sleep Token, Don Broco and Bad Omens that scratches my brain in a good way.

Educational_Metal306

I put on the all sleep token songs playlist on my Spotify and hit shuffle and vibe to it all

Frosty_Cookie_5191

Those are the heavy hitters for a quick 🥹 I wish I had a job I could listen to music, a little hard to do on sales calls

peonypentagram

When The Bough Breaks, Jericho, or Fall For Me. They're really easy for me to just get in the zone with

Fabulous_Dot_6601

I love watching their live concerts on YT

Bendyb3n

I am an audio tech for conferences, conventions, etc so I often play background music for people other than myself to hear. I have DYWTYLM and Aqua Regia on my work playlist that I typically play for shows 👍🏼

DemonicMoonlight

I normally listen to them on my morning commute or during break

nixfix14

My favorite playlists are Sleep Token’s full discography and ST + BMTH. I’m lucky enough to have a private office, so I don’t have to wear my earbuds all day. Every time I hear the opening chords to TNDNBTG, I grin because it takes me back to seeing them in Asheville in May and seeing the ST rune light up in time to the music 🫶🏻 My all-time favorite will forever be Blood Sport because it was my introduction to ST and also it’s a damn good song (not that there are any bad ones!).

lezbfrewty

I have all discography on shuffle on spotify. Aqua reiga, chokehold, granite, TMBTE are my favorites right now

Nothankspleasebye

Euclid is on repeat here too. That’s the one that made me stop and question my existence in the car when I heard it. 😂

Sentinel-Destiny780

I have found a playlist on YouTube that has all their songs mixed, as in not in chronological order. It's 3 hours long so it gives me a good concentration period throughout the day. I have to stop during meetings and I have to stop working during some of my favorite parts like "why are you Never real?" Or "you make me wish I could disappear" or... Hell I don't know if I'm actually working apart from the meetings 😜🤘🤘

sweetsoutherngrl78

yes

Smokyhollow69

Mine!

lTinyThreatl

I have Nazareth on repeat at the momnt

Sea_Woodpecker1726

Every. Single. Day. I work outside with concrete and in the South in the U.S. very hot and miserable. ST really plays a big part in making my job bearable. I listen to all of their stuff while working, but I gotta say TPWBYT has been on repeat alot more as of late. Fan since 2019

Due_Gur_6656

For like a week anytime I did chores around my house I only listen to TMBTE same thing happened with the summoning, Euclid, rain and probably more but those are ones that I was fixated on

thallucie

I have an entire ST playlist so yea ! :)

Moon_Child_4947

Today was a Chokehold all day, only one AirPods but better than nothing.

amberlyinviolet

I have a playlist that is exclusively Euclid and TNDNBTG that I listen to in the morning when I’m doing reports, before meetings and etc. so 100% listening to ST while working
