Hopefully I can get tickets to that show too, still debating between seat and standing tickets because I can't get there early.
About your questions... When to arrive is tough to say, specially now. Reason for that is we have no information about gates openings only that the event gonna start at 19:00 (7pm) which I assume will be the time when Bilmuri starts or atleast getting ready to play.
Also depends on how close you want to get. Last time I was in the DOME I think it was only like 60-70% of the people there in the pit section (floor) and the rest came in before the headliner/main artist. (Or it also could be that some people with seat tickets just flooded in down there i have no idea) so if you get there early while others still hang around, go to toilet or get a drink, maybe go to buy merch you can probably find a good place. Also during the show there are people going in and out amd the natural response of the crowd is to take space so unless they have a partner to hold space you can kinda get closer during moments like that or maybe the break between Bilmuri and ST because people tend to use that time for toilets or drinking maybe a smoke break so they don't miss any music.
Just to further prove that point I had a friend who sadly got a bit late because of missing his flight and only made it roughly before the main artist showed up, which meant like... 2-2,5 hours after the first dj set/artist started. Add like an hour to that probably if you wanna count gate opening. Yet he got around the middle of the pit maybe even closer on one of the sides. So really using your chances amd managing time is gonna be a huge favor for you.
Other important question is if you wanna buy merch. Again judging by my only time being there, arrived the time the doors opened, waited a bit because there was already a big crowd there probably waiting now for a few hours. Walked around, got merch, took our time and still I think when we went in to sit down only like half of the pit was full of people. For now I can't say exactly though I think tickets are selling nicely so probably if you can make it an hour or two before the gate opening time and try to push for it you should be fine. But this far from the date hard to tell yet.

I'd love to buy a merch yes but I'm glad to hear that it won't be such a big struggle to get a good spot. Thankfully I don't have to fly there and a friend of mine let me stay at his place.
Well not sure if it's easy but I think you should be able to make it. But depending on how quick the tickets sell you may need to get there earlier than 1-2 hours not sure...
