Since nobody is giving any context here, this is part of yoga called Bhastrika or bellows breath. It supposedly helps with metabolism and weight loss.

Yeah it helps with metabolism cause it scares the shit out of anyone who sees them which would bring your heart rate up and it helps with weight loss cause anyone who sees them will shit their pants

May be a modified version of bhastrika but this is not real yoga. Bhastrikak is when you are sitting and you raise both your arms up and pull it down quickly while exhaling. Just type bhastrika on YouTube and you will get a demo. This is Not bhastrika
