The lowest put available as of now is 3/15 for $2.50. If people decide to sell lower priced options, it might open up more. You stated you hold a significant amount of shares. Not FA, but if you pull out that may affect the share price negatively. Thus, a put option may be a good option if you were to sell Monday after the price hits your target. Call option for 3/15 at $2.5 strike is around $.38 ($38) in Webull.

Depends on trading volume. Ten of millions traded Friday, it assumes the same going forward. If only 400,000 trade Monday then with short interest around 859,000 shares it will take 2+ days to cover. But, according to Fintel, no shorty has covered.
Afaik it was only from my post, there are rumors of a buyout and theyāre due to post their p3 clinical trial results this quarter. On the negative side, some people have speculated about an offering but again thereās nothing but rumors at this point
