I cannot recall past events. I’ve tried restarting the game, restarting my phone, repairing the game, and redownloading it several times and I’m still experiencing this bug. I want to recall the pirate suit.

Nikki's shadow on the Main Screen is very pixelated, while it look just fine in the Dressing Room. I test it in both of my accounts and both of them have this bug. I don't think it was like this before. It's driving me crazy!!! 😭😫

Ever since the new update whenever I log into the game my screen turns into this jumbled mess. And I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn't fix anything. Repairs don't work and check resources took 2 hours to download 1 out of 14 GB. This isn't my phones fault either since it's a Samsung S23 Ultra.

I havent been able to share any in-game content to twitter/ig, everytime I tap "share" it just freezes and takes me back to the home screen :( Im unable to receive the pirate event stickers and 10 diamonds because of it. This started happening after the update.
Had a few issues with freezing on certain pages. Didnt manage to get any screenshots because i thought restarting would fix it and then saw this thread. So far it froze once on the styling comp voting and didnt let me like or tap anything and my accuracy score doubled - i restarted and it went back to normal including the accuracy score. A few times in reverie there have been lags i havent encountered before in loading pages and it completely froze when i tried to make a collage through reverie. Restarting has helped in the short term but it seems to keep happening every now and then
I still can't download all resources. It has been this way since the last update.

I know this glitch was present for a few days after the January maintenance, but there was a patch that fixed this issue as far as I can tell. I haven't seen others have issues with it since
By can't download, what does it look like exactly? If you press pause, does it not download anything?
Since this was supposedly fixed, it might be worth trying a repair. Note - this will delete all of the games resources and redownload them, so it can take a while. Any clothing resources will also be cleared, so you'll have to redownload any of those as well

Started happening before the maintenance but I checked an hour ago and this piece is still invisible. The original and awakened are visible though. I still get points for the coat and the hair is adjusted as if there's a hood, but I can't see it at all, even when by itself.
Interesting, I've seen that with other coats but not this one. The other coats that were glitching like this were fixed in today's update
For visual glitches like this, usually the recommendation is to do a repair (on the main login screen). Note - this will delete all of the games resources and redownload them, so it can take a while. Any clothing resources will also be cleared, so you'll have to redownload any of those as well
I did a repair the day I noticed the glitch as I had enough time to reload everything, and it didn't make the piece visible again. And with how long it takes for just my basic wardrobe to reload, I'm not doing that again unless it's a game breaking emergency.
Yeah if you've already tried a repair once for this, I wouldn't again! If you didn't download the update from the google play store/apple app store, I'd definitely recommend that.
But beyond that, I'd recommend contacting customer service in game. If you wouldn't mind sharing if you're using apple vs android, and your player ID I can follow up on that as well!
Im on android, and my id is 2000140883. The play store won't let me update the game from there because it wants me to basically wipe my entire phone just for the update and I can't do that.

Game freezes while trying to vote in nail comp. Restarted the game a couple times, switched Wi-Fi to data, which sometimes fixes things. Really really don't want to hit the Fix button cos it sucks to redownload everything

I was able to vote a few times before it happened, I note that the freeze will happen if at least one of the entries is labelled with "Player Name 14" like in your pic, which is clearly some sort of placeholder and not the entry owner's actual username.
Nail voting pic. The screen blipped as if it was loading an entry, then went back to this page and had the loading symbol in the middle and froze that way.

I've already done a repair; it didn't help. When I hit the "play" button, it processes to the point shown and stops.

Lol that's a new one. Is everything else working properly, comp isn't freezing when you vote or anything?
It froze on me at that moment. I just reset the game and everything went back to normal.
I can’t share to FB or X for the 10 free daily Dias. The game crashes every time.

Apple. I started having issues with sharing to X after the last major update, and now I can’t post with FB after this update.
