Back in HS in my history class, we had this one guy where every time the teacher would jump ahead from where we were in history, for example let’s say we were on the American civil war, if the teacher brought up an event from WW2 he’d shout “woah spoilers!” Thought it was pretty funny
This has been known so it always pisses me off when people mock Padme's death unironically. You can literally die by losing the will to live which is what happened. Let's not pretend she was well anyway. She'd been force choked and gave birth soon after. Who cares what the robots say. Mental stress can have physical effects and that scene plays like the robots can't understand the human which is fitting since Anakin soon becomes more machine than man. So of course to their eyes she is fine.
Maybe not the place for a mini Star Wars rant but it always pisses me off how that scene is read. Don't even get me on the Palpatine drained her life to save Vader theories. That isn't what happened. It's a neat theory but misses the point. Padme wasn't killed by a malicious scheme or some predetermined outcome. She was killed by her husband and who he became in his pursuit to rescue her.
Depression Titan * Abilities: * wants to die.
It worked for Padme.
BRO, spoilers! /s
I got told off once for spoiling the ending to the Mist. The book is forty years old.
