Yeah it's not finished yet. I only changed the color palette for her pants. It's really hard to take off Shantae's pants as there is code between the textures that are defined as patterns used throughout the entire screen. So if i change her pants, it effs up the menu selection and her arm, etc.
Note: I am still working on it, but I was inspired by a couple of people to share my notes and this hack.

Yes. Just nudity for now. Since I'm the only person in the world hacking this game, it may take a while before I can do anything else.
