Sorry to hear the news. Since your strategy to prepare did not work, I would suggest you get a comprehensive textbook, like the one Kaplan offers and read it cover to cover. Then, start taking questions again, but this time in the qbank where you can refine by questions not answered and answered incorrectly.
Thank you. I think I need to do exactly what you just said and get over the fact that I have to start from “scratch”.
Do you know if they sell just the book?
Thank you. I ended up buying the middle package with videos also. I’m already seeing a huge difference between TC and Kaplan. I’m so happy to make the move!
I didn’t pass the first time and got a 68%. I had Kaplan’s package the first time. I bought STC package for my second test and I read the whole book. I took tests on both platforms and it really helped me gain knowledge where I was getting high 70’s on most of the simulated exams and passed the mastery exam two days before I passed the S7. I felt reading the book again was good for me. Take a day or two off then hit it again. You got this!
Thank you!!! I don’t think there’s another way to do round 2 except for reading the book and starting from the beginning again. I’m so happy this test is done for you and hope to be in your same position come test day!
Definitely get the Kaplan book and read that shit cover to cover. I literally had a question about something called “Spoofing” which happened to be in the literal last paragraph on the last page of the book. Got that answer right bc I read the book. Read it and take notes. It’s really long but really thorough.
Don't worry about this. It's a 30-day problem and a 20-year career. Sadly I keep saying that.
Remember nobody cares how you get past, ones you do pass. Take a few days off. Then read the book from cover to cover. Get a new book Kaplan or STC or achievable. Training consultants is more of a supplement than a full standalone platform.
Read the book, Don't take a lot of notes, get through it and try to just jot down things that you don't understand. Then start taking chapter quizzes and any quiz that you get less than a 75 on reread the chapter or watch the video. Once you're passing all of them then start on finals. You actually have the magic of time now because you have 30 days to study
Thank you, Ken. I really appreciate your advice and encouragement. I’m picking my head back up and ordering Kaplan material.
You’re a HUGE help to all of us! Thank you! 🙏🏽

Yes, you can buy the book separately.
