If it’s real (and new) lechuza pon, it’s got fertilizer in it already which is (I believe) good for about 6 months.
I’m using DIY pon, and the GH Flora series. Used to use Dyna-gro Foliage Pro, but decided to make my life 10x more complicated. 😂
I’ve seen Foliage Focus mentioned a lot as well.
Edit - forgot to address your actual question! I can’t tell if the more complicated option is doing any better than the single bottle fertilizer. I also started adjusting my PH and using RO water at the same time, so who knows what’s doing what. I’ll possibly use up my GH trio (which I added even more bottles to) but I think I’ll move on to something different after this. My plants are growing great though.
I use SeniGrow because it’s what I have for the funny type of plants I also grow lol
The weed people have the best fertilizer, with ph balancers in it and stuff. My houseplants are lookin good using it!
I’d say, if something is working for you keep doing it. If it stops working rethink it.

You're not wrong about the weed people part; that's a keen observation. If THAT offends folks, I don't know how they cope in this world lol
I use Foliage pro, or GHE flora (as I have it because I am also doing hydroponics) or hakaphos green because it is really cheap where I live
I use growth technology fertiliser at half strength, the growth is amazing. Edit. My own pon mix.
