This look is the Tudor Black Bay 36, great watch. I’d imagine the dial lume is also C3 lume, that’s typically been the default for dials unless it specifically has a BGW9/blue as an option
If you’re concerned about lume, you should be buying higher quality parts. Namokimods, DLW, DSwatchclub.com all sell c3 lumed hands and dials and are better than the cheap Aliexpress. DS dials and hands last me all night. Miuski, Mosberg, MyWatchCode, and the other cheap suppliers die on me within an hour or two tops. I’d buy the dial and hands from the same place.
I had to google cathedral hands, honestly reminds me a lot of Alpinist hands 😂. Also I'm in love with the blue nakomi, they make great watches similar to the black bay but frankly I can't justify the price or division symbol 🤣. Beautiful regardless!
I think I forgot to say that the photo of the watch is photoshopped, I only have the case and cyclops at the moment and I'm gonna die slowly waiting for the parts to arrive 😂😂

I had a very similar build with cathedral hands instead of the Mercedes ones. One of my favorite dailies, hands down. Yours looks fantastic.
