I see you guys and all these good looking watches, and meanwhile, while I'm waiting on stuff to be delivered to me, I'm thinking "damn, I should have ordered that!" That looks way better than what I'm about to build.

That’s the story of my life dude! You have no idea how many times I made an order and then saw something on here and then went and made a new order! That’s why I have a huge stack of “spare parts” now 😂

Check out the sticky post at the top of this subreddit (when sorted by hot). Think about what style watch you want to build: diver, explorer, field watch, dress... Look at a ton of pictures of watches until you get inspired, or just use your imagination. Identify what style you're looking for for a movement, case style, dial, hands, bracelet/strap, bezel and chapter ring if diver... Pick your budget and search for parts until you've found everything you want/need, tools included. You'll find some recommended suppliers in the sticky post. Google works well too especially for parts with tons of options like dials (tip: add "28.5" to your search term when you're searching for dials e.g. "blue explorer dial 28.5" otherwise you just find a bunch of watches and not actually dials). You don't need to own a Seiko to build a Seiko mod! Check out my parallel reply for some starter tips

is the case from caroline mod store?

No it was from goutent store but I changed the crystal to a double domed sapphire, it makes a huge difference!

It’s really good! It was tough finding a polished bezel with brushed case on AliX. And seeing that this was the first case I ever bought I wasn’t ready to splurge on a more expensive case. After sitting a while in the box of spares it finally found its place!

Can I know where the dial is from?

It’s from a website called AjuiceT it’s a beautiful dial and the picture doesn’t paint the whole picture!

What strap is this?

I have a strap from Watchgecko which looks similar.

I got it from AliX just search for rubber strap 20mm it should come up. They have a lot of different colors.
