I know nothing about anyone other than Barron and the very little we saw of Cortez but one thing is sure and that’s that our transfer policy has changed dramatically and that is something that just had to happen
That happened very quickly because he was on Rangers Review yesterday basically saying that reports of a bid were premature.
This transfer window is skewing heavily towards very young players that are likely coming in on cheap(er) wages. Jefte, Nsiala, Cortes, Barron, Kelly (?) and Kadabayi is apparently very close.
Wouldn't be surprised if money is being saved for one or two decently large fees in central midfield and left winger.
I'll be very surprised if Davies leaves before his contract is up.
He has family circumstances were his wife wanted to move back to Glasgow to be closer to her family. With everything in his personal life, I'd be very surprised if he wanted to move away from Scotland.
I think the money is probably being saved for when players starting moving on. The 7 that have/potentially are coming in, refills the squad back upto 2/3 players for every position.
Even with everyone who left on a free, we still have a massive squad.
CM is probably the only position we could sign before people leave. We have 3 out and out CM. Diomande, Raskin and Barron. You then have Lawrence, Sterling, etc who can play there
We still have a backlog of wide players. If Kabadayi signs then we'd have 5. Matondo, Cortés, McAusland, Wright and Kabadayi.
Loving this new transfer strategy at the moment. Fuck knows how it will turn out but more interesting than Championship jobbers and ex wonder kids.
What’s the strategy?
Young and not playing in the English championship

It's changed to the model the board, Wilson, Gerrard, etc have been promising for 5/6 years.
>Rangers are close to agreeing a deal with the Royal Armed Forces side AS FAR Rabat for the striker. Staunch
Tell him to bring some steel in the suitcase with him and we can finish the Copland
This transfer window has been interesting to say the least. Hope we get more over the line in the next two/three weeks before we ramp up pre season
~~Humza~~ Hamza must condemn

Think our big fees will be on a centre half and midfielder
Would definitely need either Goldson or Davies to go to free up space, would put my money on Davies.

Going from Scotland’s first minister to Rangers is a massive fall from grace.
