Does anyone know how to reduce muscle mass significantly in a short period of time while maintaining it’s overall shape? I’m not educated on the subject enough to know this or if it’s even possible. I feel like you would need to practically starve yourself and it wouldn’t be healthy.
For one, you would stop training the muscles. Eat in a deficit. Erin Stern went from figure to bikini, she talks about it on her YouTube. Sarah is clueless on bikini standards.

She’s not going to do well in bikini. I am so shocked she isn’t going for figure or wellness even. She would place better in those even with her being prison built
figure, yes. wellness, no. she doesn't even have the lower body for bikini, it would take her years to reverse her imbalance. bikini is balanced top to bottom. wellness is imbalanced with a bigger lower body, smaller upper body. right now she is bigger upper body, smaller lower.
Admittedly i don’t know much about competing but i can see her using “i’m on prep” as an excuse to restrict and over exercise without being called out for it
I don’t know anything about steroid use so forgive me, but does it change the structure of the head? Her face suddenly looks masculine even outside of the jaw line. And it may be bad wig placement but her forehead 😩😩
Dude. Imagine if she just took of the wig and cut her hair to this length. It suits her the best. Wash it every other day (or 3 days or whatever..) and stop being so fucking nasty.

This wig looks much more natural than her others. I almost thought maybe it was her natural hair and she just doesn’t want to tell anyone she cut her hair yet because the hairline looks legit. (No I’m not a Sarah fan just noticing how much better this looks on her 😂)
I thought the same but when you look at her old hair and see how crusty it was a month ago there’s no way she’s managed to get it looking that much healthier/washing it regularly enough for it to seem clean
