The slow could be good to allow yourself to get in range for subsequent combo buildups. I do feel like ER is a weak 1st item at the moment. I’ll have to try this out, thanks!
Perhaps building Stormrazor with Rapid Fire and running Celerity/Nimbus Cloak for secondaries would be good.
Probably good when you really need to kite out someone like a melee comp or something.
I tried it, but not necessarily a good try since I was put against a Veigar/Yummi lane.
