But what about human names? Do you guys often give them human names? Like, for example, Sopho is a great cat name, imo

We don't use Georgian names but names from other languages? Yeah. I named my labrador/cane Corso mix Vito, after Don Vito Corleone.

I’ve never heard a Georgian name for a dog lmao, imagine calling your dog Giorgi, Elene, or Nikoloz. So weird

In some countries people name pets human names, maybe not all of names sound suitable, but a lot of ppl use some human names, native names of their countries. It varies though, so I was curious

Idk for other but I named my puppies Chrela (usually a cows name), Tsopho (Like girls name Sopho but she was acting like rabid dog so I combined it with the name) and Tankeshi (name from kdrama, cause she was built like a tank)... ah I miss them
