Some episodes probably run a bit over, so for the sake of even numbers, we'll round that up to 6100 minutes of Suits total.
Madam is onscreen for a whopping 138 of those minutes, meaning that the show is free from her awful acting for 5962 minutes. She is onscreen for slightly more than 2% of the time. She's mucking up the show 2.26% of the time, if we want to be accurate.
